REFUND POLICY

Connexion Link provides customised professional services.

1. Non‑Refundable Services
Fees for services already rendered, onboarding, setup and consulting time are non‑refundable
once work has commenced.

2. Cancellations Before Work Starts
If cancelled before any work begins, a refund may be considered at our discretion, less
reasonable administrative and payment processing costs.

3. Retainer Services
Where services are provided on a monthly retainer, cancellation terms will be governed by the
applicable agreement or a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.

4. Refund Requests
Requests must be submitted to billing@connexion-link.com with invoice and payment details.
Decisions will be communicated within 10 business days.
